Cloberry Refund & Exchange Policy

We value your satisfaction with our products. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options:

 

1. Thoughtful Purchasing

We encourage all customers to review sizing, product descriptions, and imagery carefully before placing an order.
Our collections are designed to be kept, worn, and enjoyed — not routinely returned.

2. Final Sale Policy

The majority of Cloberry items are final sale.

We do not offer refunds or returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Sizing or fit preferences
  • Personal style expectations

This allows us to maintain fair pricing, quality control, and limited runs.

3. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges within 5 days of delivery, subject to approval.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
  • Returned in original packaging with all tags attached

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Limited Return Exceptions

In rare cases, we may review return requests for full-price items only, provided:

  • The request is made within 48 hours of delivery
  • The item is in perfect, original condition
  • Approval is granted by our team

If approved:

  • A restocking fee of £10 or 20% (whichever is higher) will be applied
  • Return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility

5. Sale & Promotional Items

All discounted or promotional items are strictly final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear supporting images.

We will resolve this.

7. International Orders (Taxes & Duties)

For orders outside the United Kingdom, customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, and import taxes. These charges are not included in product or shipping prices.

Failure to pay these fees may result in delays, returns, or disposal of the parcel. Cloberry is not responsible for these outcomes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. How to Request an Exchange or Review

To request an exchange or raise an issue, please email:

Include your order number, reason for the request, and photos if applicable.

9. Order Agreement

By placing an order with Cloberry, you confirm that you understand most items are final sale, have reviewed sizing and product details, and accept this policy in full.
