Cloberry Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy

We want every customer to be happy with their order. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Before You Order

Please check all product descriptions, sizing, measurements, images, and details before purchasing.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order.

 

2. Returns & Refunds

For UK online orders, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • The item must be returned in its original condition

  • All tags, packaging, and original extras must be included

  • The return must be approved by our team before being sent back

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the return may be refused.

Restocking Fee
A £5.00 restocking fee per returned item will apply to all returns for refunds and exchanges. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged before the replacement item is dispatched. The restocking fee does not apply where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied by Cloberry. Customers are also responsible for return shipping costs

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Exchanges

We may offer exchanges depending on stock availability.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.

Customers are also responsible for the shipping cost to send the replacement item back out.

Exchanges will only be processed once the original item has been returned, received, and inspected.

5. Sale & Promotional Items

Sale, discounted, or promotional items may be returned in line with your statutory rights.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging included.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned outside the return period, or items that do not meet our return conditions, will not be accepted.

6. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the fault, damage, or incorrect item

If the issue is approved by our team, we will resolve it through a replacement, exchange, or refund where required.

7. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been worn, used, washed, damaged, stained, or altered

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Items returned without approval

  • Items returned after the return period

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made items

  • Hygiene-related items where the seal has been removed

8. Refund Amounts

Approved refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not refunded unless the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Premium or express shipping upgrades are non-refundable.

9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  • Your order number

  • Your full name

  • The reason for the return or exchange

  • Photos if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
